Rooted in Faith, Built on Vision

God’s Promise Church began with a bold step of faith—a decision to create a ministry outside traditional denominational walls. With the guidance of Pastors Harrison and Cathy Ray, our first service was held in Broadway, NC, and quickly grew into a movement grounded in biblical teaching and community care. By August 2012, our church home at 610 East Main Street became a living testament to the power of vision, prayer, and hard work.

Living the Gospel Through Outreach

Ministry at God’s Promise is not confined to four walls. We’ve served meals on Thanksgiving, hosted worship at the beach, and launched outreach programs like our After-School Program and Back-to-School drives. From gas giveaways to talent showcases, we aim to meet real needs in Sanford and Lee County. With more than 500 youth impacted through our 21st Century Community Learning Center, our heart for service continues to grow stronger every year.
